The election of the CEO Board of Management took place at the CEO Extraordinary General Assembly on 26 February 2026. CEO would like to warmly congratulate all re-elected members of the Board of Management:

  • Christian Dowidat (GEDORE),
  • Miguel González Izaguirre (SNA Europe),
  • Wilhelm Hahn (Wiha),
  • Matthias Hoffmann (HAZET),
  • Thibaut Moulin (Novalia), and
  • Torbjörn Palmberg (AB Momento).

We thank all Board Members for their continued commitment and leadership. Their efforts are of high value and greatly appreciated.
