Environment: Position paper on the upcoming revision of the RoHS Directive

Our lobbying partner Orgalim welcomes the upcoming revision of the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU on the restriction of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment (EEE), which will contribute to the objectives of the European Green Deal, the Circular Economy Action Plan and the Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability.

Their partners - technology industries, major downstream users and article manufacturers - are fully committed to reducing the content of hazardous substances in their products to support a more circular economy.
